There is not even a global "free for all" matchmaking systems implemented so you'll end up playing solo without friends in LE, and farming monoliths gets super repetetive just after a short period of time. The multiplayer aspect of LE is super barebones to say at least. 
LE is great for a short period of time but yet not good enough to act as your main antidot to treat your daily ARPG itch.
